Construction of breasting dolphin, mooring post, and timber pile repairs for Vulcan’s North Charleston marine terminal. Breasting dolphin consisted of twelve 20” steel pipe pile and cast in place concrete pile cap w/ fender system & marine hardware. Mooring post construction consists of one 66” steel monopile and cast in place concrete pile cap with marine hardware. Timber pile repairs consisted of replacing damaged timber piles & clusters, timber fenders, and re-wrapping existing timber pile clusters.
